These services will be forthcoming be interpreted as the “Services” and is subject to your use of these products and services and legally binding as per this “Terms of Service” agreement. This service agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and “3D Photographers” with principle head offices based in Johannesburg South Africa at 1511 Le Mirage, Sunset Road, Wilgeheuwel, in Johannesburg, South Africa 2040. This document explains how we have setup this document and how you can make use of our site, and its services.
2. Unless we have another contract in writing signed by you and 3D Photographers this is the only agreement that exists between you and 3D Photographers. 
3. You agree that other parts of our web site that may require you to accept Terms of Service based on such products will form part of this agreement as if it were written into this agreement. Should any term, phrase and interpretation be different from the Terms of Service then this document will be seen as the governing agreement!

1.
