Photograph of Lion Family

This is one of my favorite photographs of lions I have taken up to date, This photograph of a lion family were taken at the Lion Park in South Africa on one of our excursions to the Lion Park. The Lion park is a popular tourism destination for people visiting South Africa. If you are only in Johannesburg for a few days and do not have the time to visit other famous parks like the Kruger National Park then you will find this park very interesting.

Descrption of Lion Family Photograph:

In the photograph you will see a male lion looking to the side, laying close to one of his female lionesses. The female lioness is gently caressing her lion cub and licking him. The Lion cub pulls his face but it is very evident from the photograph that the cub is enjoying every moment of the caressing. What touched me about the Lion Family photograph is the family bond very visual in this photograph of the Lion Family!

They offer visitors to the park wildlife like the rare White African Lions, Goldish African Lions as well as a diversity of small bucks like the Springbok (which is also the sports emplem of the South African Rugby Team who have won the World Cup twice in 1995 and 2007), They also have giraffes and you can actually feed them.

Their is also Zebra's, Buffalo, Cheetahs, Ostridges and many more animals to see on your visit to the lion park.

We highly recommend that if you are in South Africa in Johannesburg that you pay the lion park a visit.
