The Lion Park in South Africa, Johannesburg is well worth a visit!
Here is a photograph of a lioness relaxing in the shade of a tree. It is a photographers paradise and tourists to South Africa can't stop talking about the lion park once they have visited.
The lion park is a sanctuary for wild life and particularly the rare white lions. Tourists can drive though the park with their cars, or make use of a guided tour in a 4x4 by the park.
One can also touch wild lion cubs in the cub sanctuary camp and even feed some giraffes. The park offers some other predators like cheetas, heynas and wild dogs.
One can also see other wild animals like the famous springbuck's which is also the symbol of the National Rugby Team of South Africa. Buffalo, ostridges, giraffes and more.
Driving through the park is a pleasurable and educating experience and a must see when visiting South Africa.
